How do I know the value of my business?

We provide professional valuation support using industry-standard methods like DCF, comparable multiples, and asset-based approaches. We also take into account qualitative factors such as IP, team strength, and market potential. This is often part of our optional collateral services.

Is there any minimum criteria to sell / raise funds for the business?

While we work with businesses of various sizes, we typically onboard mandates with a deal value of ₹2 crore (USD 250,000) and above. Exceptions can be made for strategic opportunities or fast-growing ventures with strong fundamentals.

What fees will you charge me?

We work primarily on a success-based commission structure, meaning you pay no upfront commission. Our typical fee ranges from 2%–5% of the transaction value, depending on deal complexity, scope of services, and ticket size. Any optional collaterals (pitch decks, valuations, etc.) are charged separately.

What is the turnaround time to close the deal?

Transaction timelines vary based on the type of deal, industry, and buyer/investor interest. On average:

  • Equity fundraise: 2–4 months
  • Asset or small business sale: 1–3 months
