How do I know the value of my business?

Is there any minimum criteria to sell / raise funds for the business?

What fees will you charge me?

We work primarily on a success-based commission structure, meaning you pay no upfront commission. Our typical fee ranges from 2%–5% of the transaction value, depending on deal complexity, scope of services, and ticket size. Any optional collaterals (pitch decks, valuations, etc.) are charged separately.

What is the turnaround time to close the deal?

Transaction timelines vary based on the type of deal, industry, and buyer/investor interest. On average:
